Cliff jumping at Possum Kingdom Lake is a summer ritual for my family. This painting hopefully captures that brief and exhilarating moment of flight.

"We as human beings are deeply affected by our environment. In this chaotic culture of modern-day striving, it is important to surround ourselves with moments of peace, places that inspire us, and opportunities for creativity. My goal as an artist is to capture those fleeting moments when people take pause, those landscapes, pastimes, or pursuits that bring joy and serenity."
